Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Applicability

1.1 All offers, orders and agreements of Tech Tools to the exclusion of any other general conditions these Terms and Conditions (the Conditions) apply. Deviations can only be agreed in writing. Any agreed deviations, the Customer may not derive any rights for the future. These Conditions are filed with the Chamber of Commerce Central Gelderland under number 09106488 and will be sent on request.
1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these Conditions. A customer who has contracted, is considered possibly followed by him orally, in writing, via webform, or by email to give orders or to be entered into agreements implied the applicability of these terms and conditions to be agreed in accordance with these terms Tech Tools.
1.3 It can be done in writing in these conditions, in which case the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
1.4 All rights and claims, as in these conditions and any further agreements for Tech Tools are made, are also stipulated for by Tech Tools intermediaries and other third parties.
1.5 In addition to these terms and conditions may apply TechTools additional conditions that are specific to the type of transaction c.q. nature of the work. The additional conditions are part of these terms and conditions.

Article 2. Offers / agreements

2.1 All Tech Tools are free and Tech Tools expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when under (legal) regulations. See also Article 3.6.
2.2 Contracts are concluded only after an order or service from Tech Tools feasibility is assessed. Tech Tools has the right not to accept orders without giving any reason, services or contracts or only to accept the condition that the shipment takes place on delivery or prepayment, in which case the customer is informed accordingly.
2.3 Some of the products can be offered by the entry of an age classification. By ordering these products, you declare that you have minimum age.
Article 2a. Pictures
2.4 All images, drawings, information on weights, dimensions, colors, etc. included in price lists, websites and leaflets, are only approximate and can not lead to compensation and / or dissolution.
2.5 All by or on behalf of Tech Tools made designs, images, etc. and remain under paragraph 2.4 owned by Tech Tools and allowed without express written permission will not be copied or reproduced in any way, nor are displayed or used in any way to third parties .
2.6 The customer is liable for this information Tech Tools to return to the first request, on pain of a penalty in favor of Tech Tools of € 453.78 per day, for each day that the buyer this is in default.

Article 3. Prices and payments

3.1 The prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding any handlings and shipping, taxes or other charges unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
3.2 Payment must be made without discount or compensation within fourteen (14) days after the invoice date for deliveries within the Netherlands, and within twenty (21) days after the invoice date for deliveries outside the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Payment can be made by Ideal, Paypal, credit card through Paypal, E-check via Paypal, payment by bank transfer, debit or cash on delivery. When paying by bank or giro the date of payment is the date of crediting the bank account of Tech Tools respectively.
3.4 If the term of payment you should have been from the day that payment is in default and you want a default interest of 1% per month or part month on the outstanding amount from that day. If payment is made after a demand you pay an amount of twenty-two euros and sixty-nine cents (€ 22.69) for administration by Tech Tools and if Tech Tools outsources its claim for collection, you also pay the collection costs, which at least fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding amount, without prejudice to the competence of Tech Tools to instead claim the actual extrajudicial collection costs.
3.5 If you Tech Tools is entitled are in default on any payment, (the performance of) the relevant agreement and related agreements to suspend or dissolve.
3.6 If the prices rise the products and services offered in the period between the order and its execution, you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the agreement within ten (10) days after notice of the increase by Tech Tools.

Article 4. Delivery

4.1 The delivery times are indicative only indicated by Tech Tools. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to terminate the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you can not reasonably be required to leave the agreement intact. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement if necessary.
4.2 Delivery of the products will take place and when the products are ready for shipment to you.

Article 5. Retention

5.1 The ownership of products is transferred only when all you owe under any agreement with Tech Tools have paid. The risk of the goods shall pass at the time of delivery to you.

Article 6. Intellectual and industrial property

6.1 All intellectual and industrial property rights attached to the products supplied by Tech Tools to fully and unconditionally respect.
Tech Tools 6.2 does not guarantee that to you products and services do not infringe any (unwritten) intellectual and / or industrial property rights of third parties.

Article 7. Complaints, Liability and Return policy

7.1 You have the obligation to inspect whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you should contact TechTools as soon as possible and in any event within seven (7) days after delivery, or after observation reasonably possible, in writing and sufficient detail.

7.2 If the customer wishes to return a product for replacement or refund, the customer can make use of the Product Returns form on the website.

7.3 When purchasing products, the consumer can terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a pre-designated by the consumer and the company announced representative.

7.4 During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging. He will only unpack the product to the extent or use as necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain. If he exercises his Return policy, he will the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the company, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the company.

7.5 Costs in case of Return

1. If the consumer exercises his Return policy, costs will not exceed the cost of return shipping cost.

2. If the consumer has paid an amount, the company will pay back as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation, refund.

7.6 Exclusion of Return right

1. The company may exclude the Return policy from the consumer to the extent provided in paragraph 2. The exclusion of the Return policy shall apply only if the company clearly in the offer, at least in time for the conclusion of the contract refers.

2. Exclusion of the Return policy is only possible for products:

a. which are brought about by the firm in accordance with the consumer's specifications.;

Article 8. Orders / communication

8.1 For misunderstanding, delays or improper transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of Internet or other communication between you and Tech Tools, or between Tech Tools and others, as it relates to the relationship between you and Tech Tools, Tech Tools is not liable, unless it is a case of intent or gross negligence of Tech Tools.

Article 9. Force majeure

9.1 Without prejudice to its other rights, Tech Tools case of force majeure the right, at its option, to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by informing you of this in writing and Tech Tools such without being liable for any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Article 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, including these conditions, only Dutch law.
11.2 All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.


Article 12. Privacy

We respect your privacy, whereby discreet ordering, payment and shipping are paramount. In this privacy statement you can read what information we collect, for what purpose we do this, and what possibilities you have to view and delete information.


  • Your payment statements will not contain a characteristic of the ordered product, only an order number.
  • The products are sent in a neutral package. Also the domain name of the webshop can not be found here.
  • It is possible to have the package not delivered at home. The delivery address can be set independently of your own address, this makes it possible to send to a PakjeGemak collection point, a PO Box or direct shipment as a gift.
  • The package is not delivered to the neighbors unless you indicate that you wish.
  • A track & trace number is sent by email for each shipment.
  • You will not be contacted by post, telephone or email, other than for the correct processing of your order.

Data usage for the discrete processing of your order


In order to be able to process your order(s), you will be asked to enter your details. We use this information to process the order and deliver the package. With the necessary parties such as PostNL we have concluded a processing agreement so that the necessary data can be used by PostNL to deliver the package to you and to inform you by email about the status of the package.
